I am Polichik. I am an Australian woman living in the North-West of England.

I blog there but put all the other little split second ideas/inspirations/pieces of the puzzle here. This is my scrapbook.

Today my mother and brother landed in Los Angeles and in two weeks I will be meeting up with them in New York.
I’ve already thought about all the disgusting, processed American food from my childhood and I have a definite list of things to try as an adult. Eggo waffles are number 2 (number 1 is Taco Bell…the shame).
I often wonder if the food we ate as children and no longer eat as adults for numerous reasons would taste different. Like would I be more conscious about the calories and how processed those waffles are, and therefore not find it tasty anymore?
